Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on seeds once the package has been opened.
However, unopened seed packets may be eligible for return under the following conditions:
– Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
– Items must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
– You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).

Refunds
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Refunds are available under these circumstances:
– If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with the wrong items, contact us within 7 days of receipt.
– If seeds show clear evidence of poor germination and you’ve followed the recommended planting instructions, we’ll work with you to offer a replacement or refund.
Once your return or issue is approved, we will initiate your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original unopened product and place a new order.
