Thank you for shopping at Heirloom Seed Hub! We strive to ensure your seeds arrive safely and promptly so you can get growing.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another with tracking information once it ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the India. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery speed.

Standard Shipping (USPS First Class or equivalent):

Flat rate: INR 50 or Free on orders over INR 500
Estimated delivery: 7-10 business days

Expedited Shipping (USPS Priority or equivalent):

Calculated at checkout
Estimated delivery: 5–6 business days

📦 We do not currently offer international shipping.

Tracking Your Order

All orders include a tracking number. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.

Delivery Issues

If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please first check with neighbours or your local post office.
If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed beyond reasonable expectations, contact us at support@heirloomseedhub.com and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
